In order to start doing business with us, you first need to get appointed. You must have a valid insurance license, $1 million E&O coverage, and a $10,000 bond (California brokers only). Once appointed, you will be assigned a unique Broker ID as well as a login details to access the online Rapid Rater™ and applications. Click here to get appointed.
If you are already appointed with us, please call front desk at (714) 414-1200 and they will assist you in creating a new account for you. If you are not appointed, click CREATE NEW ACCOUNT on the top section of the website. Once you fill out the application and submit, marketing department will review and send your credentials to the email address you provided.
Once you login, click on the EDIT PROFILE icon and you will find a form to change your password. If you forget your password, there is also a link next to the login button that can help you with temporary password. You can also call the front desk or any underwriter/CSR you know and they will help you with any password questions.

Once you login, click on USER MANAGEMENT icon and you will find a form to create a new user. You can also use the same section to make an user active/inactive. If you couldn’t able to figure out how to add a new user, please call front desk and someone will help you finish the task.

If you have had a change either in becoming a Corporation or going from a Corporation to an individual business agency you need to fill out a new W-9 and make the proper changes accordingly. Please fax the changes back to ATM at (714) 414-1255. Attention: Erik Mendoza
